Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Executive - Aquarium supplies company
Responsibilities:
Marketplace & Website Management
Listing Optimization: Create and maintain high-quality product listings (titles, descriptions, and specs) for aquatic dry goods and plants.
Pricing & Promotions: Set up flash sales, vouchers, and campaign participations (e.g., 11.11, 25th Payday sales) on Shopee/Lazada.
Inventory Sync: Ensure online stock levels accurately reflect our warehouse availability to prevent overselling.
Digital Content & Social Media
Visual Marketing: Take clear photos and short videos of new arrivals (new aqua scaping gear or rare plants) for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Copywriting: Write engaging, informative captions that educate hobbyists on how to use our products.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments and direct messages on social media to build brand trust.
Customer Experience (Online)
Chat Support: Handle technical pre-sales inquiries via platform chat
Review Management: Encourage and respond to customer reviews to maintain a high shop rating.
Requirements
1 year experience in E-commerce management with Shopee/Lazada Seller Centers
Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut) for social media content.
