What You'll Do
Creative Content & Marketing Execution
Create and execute ecommerce marketing content across social media, ecommerce platforms, and digital campaigns
Plan creative angles, campaigns, and promotional content that drive product visibility and sales
Work closely with operation teams to ensure content is timely, aligned, and conversion-focused
Turn product launches, promotions, and brand moments into compelling marketing campaigns
Ecommerce Marketing
Manage campaign creatives, and merchandising presentation across ecommerce platforms
Ensure product pages, visuals, and marketing assets are updated, attractive, and sales-driven
Support seasonal campaigns, bundles, launches, and promotional activities
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual presentation across all touchpoints
Creative Ideation & Trend Spotting
Generate fresh content ideas, hooks, and creative concepts that resonate with target audiences
Monitor beauty, ecommerce, and social media trends to identify opportunities
Research competitor activity and market movements to keep campaigns relevant and competitive
Bring proactive ideas to the table, not just execute instructions
Performance & Optimisation
Work closely on campaign and content performance across engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics
Identify what content performs and optimise accordingly
Test different creative directions, messaging, and content formats to improve results
Support reporting with insights and recommendations backed by data
What We're Looking For
Strong interest or experience in ecommerce marketing, content marketing, or creative marketing
Creative thinker with good marketing instincts and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects
Understands social media trends and what makes content engaging
Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, or content performance metrics is a plus
Self-starter who takes ownership and executes with speed
Strong communicator and team player who can collaborate across departments
