This is a full-time, hybrid role – join our team in scaling dance education of the highest quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
To take charge of leads generation and campaign optimisation
Lead and optimise social media marketing and promotional efforts
Provide ongoing competitor analysis, alongside KPI and ROI analysis for the school’s marketing initiatives and campaign performance
Work closely with BD team to identify growth opportunities
To develop and drive a paid media strategy (plus if Meta Business/Ad Manager experience is present or willing to learn on the job)
To set up a strategic framework and work cross-functionally to develop best practices across user touch-points
Be an SEO-enthusiast responsible for driving organic visibility for the school’s site
Ensure smooth studio operations all-year round by coordinating digital efforts on-site
What you’ll need:
Min. 1 year of experience in a digital marketing, campaign management or strategy role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to take ownership and drive results
Experience in launching CRM campaigns and/or CLM initiatives is a plus
Data-driven and adequately proficient with digital metrics and qualitative insights
Self-starter with the tenacity to grow alongside the company
Appreciation of Ballet / Dance as an art form
