Social Media

• Working with Marketing Manager to manage and curate content for all social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Telegram and LinkedIn.

• Monitor and analyse social media performance, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales & marketing goals.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.

• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

• Manage performance marketing on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with Absolute’s appointed digital agency.

Campaigns & Communications

• Collaborate with across departments to plan and execute marketing campaigns, events and promotions.

• Assist in creating and managing communications with Communications Designer - creating email marketing campaigns, announcements, etc.

• Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, images, and videos for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.

• Support digital advertising campaign efforts - creation of assets that will drive high conversion rates

• Detail and setting high standards: Ensuring accuracy in content creation, campaign setup, and data analysis to maintain the quality and consistency of marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field and/or min. 1 year experience in Marketing or related position

• Able to utilize design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva

• Bonus if you are familiar with video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere and any other editing software

• Have a passion for nice things! Keen eye for design and detail - meticulousness is key

• Able to work independently and take constructive feedback
