About The Role
You’ll be the account-side consultant responsible for driving results across a portfolio of campaigns. Depending on your strengths, you’ll specialise in one primary track (SEO, paid media/performance, social, or client success/account management), while still understanding the basics of the other channels so you can spot issues early, speak confidently with clients, and work cleanly with internal specialists. The work is campaign-heavy, outcomes-first, and built around process discipline and proper measurement. MediaOne’s environment is built for exposure to real campaigns and structured operations (ISO-certified processes and cloud-based project management are part of the way the team runs).
Overview
Manage and improve digital marketing campaigns for assigned clients.
Own outcomes, not just tasks.
Work closely with internal specialists and stakeholders.
Keep tracking, reporting, and documentation clean.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital campaigns based on business goals.
Manage client communication, updates, and expectations.
Optimise campaigns using data and structured testing.
Maintain strong measurement discipline (GA4, pixels, events).
Produce clear monthly reports with insights and next actions.
Coordinate with SEO, paid media, social, creative, and analytics teams.
Troubleshoot issues quickly and escalate early when needed.
Maintain account hygiene, SOPs, and proper documentation.
Stay current with platform and algorithm changes.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or account/campaign management.
Strong business English writing and speaking.
Confident with performance metrics and reporting.
Comfortable working with tracking and analytics basics.
Organised, disciplined, and detail-aware.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience in SEO, paid media, social media, or client success.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Exposure to TikTok, XHS, Lemon8, or programmatic.
Proven results such as growth in leads, improved CPA/ROAS, stronger rankings, or conversion uplift.
