Description
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Account Executive! Join us where you’ll be part of a close-knit team that strives for progress and excellence. In this role, you will support the execution and coordination of digital marketing campaigns across online channels, manage client or internal stakeholder accounts, and assist in campaign planning, reporting, and optimisation. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and aligned with business objectives.
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9.00AM - 6.30PM
Responsibilities:
Serve as a growth strategist and strengthen business trajectories through the achievement of client and company goals
Provide ideas and solutions to improve the campaign based on critical analysis of the project
Break down campaign metrics in monthly digital marketing reports and provide consultation and to clients
Operate as the point of contact for existing clients and liaising with them via messaging, calls or meetups
Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines and expectations
Listen to clients' business problems and introduce relevant solutions, where applicable
Educate clients on the value of their engagement with the company
Work with our sales consultants and campaign specialists to ensure the success of the campaign
Constantly learn about new digital marketing trends & AI solutions and update SOPs & improve processes
Requirements:
Need to travel to office and clients' place at times
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Good at communicating with people
Willingness to accept feedback and reflect & grow
Willingness to learn and improve constantly
Basic knowledge of Google and Facebook ads preferred
