We are a fast-growing AI & EdTech company based in Singapore looking for a Digital & Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and performance marketing across B2C and B2B segments.

💡 What You’ll Do
📈 Digital Growth & Strategy
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to drive user and revenue growth
Identify and scale high-performing acquisition channels (paid ads, search, social)
Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI and efficiency
💰 Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
Optimize key metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS
Run continuous testing and optimization to improve ad performance
🔁 Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Own end-to-end lead funnel (ads → landing pages → conversion → nurturing)
Improve conversion rates through CRO and A/B testing
Work closely with sales/admissions to improve lead-to-enrolment rates
📊 Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs
Provide insights to improve decision-making and growth outcomes
Build performance reports across channels
🏢 B2B Marketing
Execute digital campaigns for corporate training and enterprise clients
Support ABM (account-based marketing) and partnership initiatives
✅ Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing / growth marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Proven experience in lead generation and funnel optimization
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Experience working in a KPI-driven or fast-paced environment

Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Education, or Tech industries
Background in startups or high-growth companies
Knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation, or Google Analytics
