Job Description
- Assist with social media management (posting, scheduling, basic engagement)
- Help create content (blog posts, captions, email newsletters, simple visuals)
- Carry out basic SEO tasks (keyword research, on-page optimisation)
- Prepare reports on campaign results
- Assist with email marketing and CRM tools
- Research competitors and digital trends
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events (product launches, webinars, internal events)
- Support event logistics such as registrations, guest lists, venues, and vendor coordination
- Promote events across digital channels and track registrations
- Capture and organise event content (photos, videos, testimonials)
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
- Good written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express)
