The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in a Stat Board. This role will ensure the website remains accurate, optimised, and user‑friendly by coordinating content updates, monitoring performance, supporting quality assurance, and working with internal and external partners to deliver a consistent and high-quality digital experience.
• Monday - Friday/Office Hours
• Central
• 12 months contract
• Budget: Up to SGD 5400

The Talent

• Min Degree holder in marketing or equivalent
• hands-on experience in web content management (CMS) and analytics platforms, digital marketing, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Must be agile and capable of adapting / multi-tasking in a fast paced and continuously changing environment

Job Description

• Coordinate and manage content update requests with internal stakeholders
• Work independently with external web agencies to implement updates and resolve issues
• Support website maintenance, content rendering checks, and feature validation
• Monitor website traffic, content performance, and user engagement metrics
• Prepare performance reports and support data-driven content optimisation
• Support UAT for website updates, new features, and enhancements
• Ensure consistent display and performance across devices and browsers
• Assist UX improvement initiatives through structured testing and feedback
• Coordinate SEO implementation for new and updated content per vendor guidance
• Liaise with technical teams and agencies to troubleshoot and resolve web issues
