Digital Content (Web & Analytics), Assistant Manager

1 Year Contract
Location: Pasir Panjang

Content & Website Management

• Manage content update requests from Business Units: collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine content requirements & coordinate approval workflows, ensuring optimal phrasing, layout, and user experience

• Work autonomously with web agency partners to execute content updates, feature implementations, and resolve technical issues

• Support website maintenance activities including content rendering tests and feature validation

Analytics & Performance Monitoring

• Leverage web analytics tools to monitor website traffic, content performance, and user engagement metrics

• Generate reports on website performance indicators

• Support data-driven content optimisation initiatives based on analytics insights

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for website updates, new features, and system enhancements, ensure consistent display across different devices and browsers

• Support UX refresh initiatives through systematic testing and feedback collection

SEO & Technical Support

• Coordinate the implementation of SEO practices for content updates and new web pages, based on vendor’s recommendations.

• Coordinate with technical teams and agencies for troubleshooting and debugging web issues.

Requirements

• Singaporeans only

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in web content management (CMS) and analytics platforms, digital marketing, or related field

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret website performance data

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

• Understanding of web technologies, SEO principles, and user experience fundamentals
