Role Overview
The Digital Content & Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving LSBF’s digital visibility, content strategy, and full‑funnel marketing performance. This role blends hands‑on digital execution, content creation, analytics, and brand communications to strengthen LSBF’s market presence and support enrolment growth for undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programmes.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer with practical experience in digital marketing tools, data optimisation, and content strategy—someone who enjoys building, testing, and refining content to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute an audience-first content strategy across blogs, website, social media, email, and campaign channels.
- Create compelling long-form and short-form content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Optimise content using data insights, A/B testing, and persona-based messaging.
- Oversee visual content production and ensure cohesive storytelling across platforms.
- Lead LSBF’s presence on LinkedIn and other professional platforms to improve engagement.
2. Communications & Public Relations
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Create ad copies, speeches, press materials, and talking points for senior leadership.
- Support PR activities: media monitoring, outreach, pitch development, and thought leadership content.
- Manage website announcements, programme updates, and key institutional communications.
- Conduct regular website content audits for accuracy and accreditation compliance.
3. Digital Marketing & Performance Analysis
- Manage PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate, and display campaign briefs and coordinate with HQ/agency teams.
- Monitor and analyse campaign data to optimise performance and improve lead quality.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to inform content and campaign strategy.
- Improve search visibility through content optimisation, metadata enhancement, and link strategies (not just SEO—full visibility optimisation).
- Perform keyword analysis and monitor traffic patterns to support content planning.
- Lead website performance audits and collaborate with technical teams on improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance content, or integrated communications.
- Hands-on experience with PPC, Facebook/LinkedIn ads, SEO fundamentals, analytics platforms, CRM, and CMS systems.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive and impactful content.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with tools such as:Google Analytics / GA4Google Ads ManagerMeta Business Suite / LinkedIn Campaign ManagerSEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz (nice to have)Mailchimp or other EDM toolsCMS platforms (WordPress preferred)Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
