At Paris Baguette Singapore, we are entering an exciting phase of growth to strengthen our brand presence, expand customer engagement, and build deeper connections across both physical and digital touchpoints.

As part of this evolution, we are looking for a Digital & Content Marketing Senior Executive to take ownership of our digital ecosystem and content strategy. You will play a key role in shaping how our brand comes to life online, from social media and website to delivery platforms and loyalty communications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate campaigns into compelling digital executions, while ensuring consistency, creativity, and performance across all platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

To lead and execute all digital and content touchpoints for Paris Baguette Singapore, ensuring strong brand presence, cohesive storytelling, and performance-driven outcomes across all online platforms.


Content Creation & Management

• Create and adapt content for social media, website, and digital platforms

• Execute posts, captions, and visual adaptations (Photoshop / AI tools)

• Ensure content is aligned with brand tone and campaign messaging

• Manage content calendar and posting schedule


Digital Platform Ownership

• Own all online touchpoints:

• Social media (IG, FB, Telegram)

• Website revamp & content updates

• Grab / delivery platform content

• PB Rewards content 


Campaign Digital Execution

• Translate campaign briefs into digital rollout plans

• Work closely with internal stakeholder on CRM-driven campaigns

• Work with senior creative designer on KV adaptations for digital use

• Ensure consistency across all digital channels


Performance & Optimisation

• Track digital performance metrics: Engagement, Reach/ Impressions, Conversion Indicators

• Optimise content based on performance insights

• Provide monthly reporting and recommendations


Community & Brand Presence

• Manage comments, messages

• Ensure timely and brand-appropriate responses

• Monitor brand sentiment and feedback


Innovation & Trends

• Stay updated on digital trends, especially F&B and lifestyle

• Propose new content formats (reels, UGC, KOLs, etc.)

• Support campaign amplification through digital ideas


Requirements

•       2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management

•       Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Photoshop, AI, Canva, or equivalent)

•       Experience managing social media platforms end-to-end

•       Basic understanding of website content management (CMS) is a plus

•       Familiarity with digital performance metrics and analytics tools

•       Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling

•       Good copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms

•       Able to work independently and in a team environment

•       Ability to manage timelines and work across multiple stakeholders

•       Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven

•       Experience in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands

•       Exposure to CRM or loyalty programme is an added advantage
