Job Description
Develop and write impact stories, features, and newsletter content including liaising with experts for media consent and release documentation.
Manage survey and data-related tasks by converting patient surveys, transcribing responses into Excel, and consolidating inputs from organizations for tracking and analysis.
Create and edit digital and visual content, including social media assets, website thumbnails, videos, eDMs, and promotional materials using creative design tools.
Support engagement and outreach efforts by drafting dissemination emails and managing mass communications through platforms.
Provide administrative and operational support, including coordinating meetings and workshops, preparing AORs, and handling other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Degree in healthcare, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant work experience and professional development.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in communications, engagement, research support, or a similar role.
Strong project, time management, reporting, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience in creating clear, audience-friendly written and visual materials (e.g. infographics) for diverse audiences.
High attention to detail, proficiency in social media platforms and creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe), and a flexible, collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
