Job Details:

📍 Location: Suntec City

⏰ Working Hours: 5.5 days work week (half day on Sat)

💸 Salary: $2,400

Responsibilities:

• Assisting branches to actively migrate transactions to the self service machines, online platforms (such as internet banking and mobile app) and to study customers’ behavior for visiting branches

• Identifying customer's needs at point of entering the branch and to capture customer's behavior by completing a checklist
