What You Will Be Responsible For

• Own and manage client accounts across digital marketing campaigns

• Translate client objectives into clear campaign strategies and actionable briefs

• Lead client communication, presentations, and strategy discussions

• Work closely with performance, creative, and video teams to ensure strong campaign execution

• Monitor campaign results and identify improvement opportunities

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign requirements across teams

• Handle client expectations professionally and confidently

• Support junior team members and help raise team standards

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or agency environment

• Strong account ownership and client management skills

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Clear communication and confidence in handling client discussions

• Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, and work collaboratively across teams
