  • Location: Central

  • Monday - Friday: 9.00 AM - 6.15 PM

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and analyse sales and marketing datasets to support business strategies and market expansion.

  • Create insightful reports and dashboards using data visualisation tools to monitor sales performance and trends.

  • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Lead and execute integrated B2B marketing activities, including promotional campaigns, lead generation, and sales enablement programmes.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define sales priorities and improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Identify opportunities to optimise processes and propose data-driven improvements to business performance.

  • Guide and support marketing initiatives to achieve measurable growth objectives.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of business data and reporting.

  • Participate in continuous process improvements and contribute innovative ideas to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Work independently while collaborating effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or other related disciplines.

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data analytics, marketing, or business performance analysis.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Experience in building dashboards, reports, and analysing business data.

  • Knowledge of Power Automate will be an added advantage.

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation activities.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives, influence business decisions, and lead projects independently.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
