About the role
The Data & E-commerce Reporting Executive transforms transaction and customer engagement data into actionable business insights, providing leadership with a clear and reliable view of e-commerce performance against key objectives.
Key responsibilities
Track and report on weekly sales, website traffic, conversion, customer retention, and repeat purchase metrics across e-commerce platforms.
Analyze basket trends and customer purchasing patterns to surface actionable insights.
Measure and report on campaign performance, working closely with the Content & Social Commerce Executive.
Build and maintain regular reporting packs for The Team and Management Committee (MC) reporting.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the data and proactively flag them to leadership.
Maintain data hygiene and reporting consistency as new data sources (e.g. Partner Network) come online.
About you
Preferably 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Candidates with studies in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Business Administration, E-commerce, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields will have an advantage
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with BI or dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
Comfortable working with e-commerce and CRM platform data exports.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail and reliability in recurring reporting cadences.
Experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce reporting is an advantage.
