Description
Job responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with various stakeholders across departments to understand business challenges and opportunities
- Discover and present business insights to help stakeholders make better decisions through data analyses
- Create self-serving Power BI dashboards with impactful business metrics to improve scalability and effectiveness of data analyses
- Maintain and upgrade existing dashboards to cater to new requests
- Train stakeholders to be proficient in using automated dashboards
Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering Management or other relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a data analyst, preferably from a consumer cyclical industry
- Experience in translating complex datasets into actionable and digestible insights for broad audiences through effective communication
- Possesses problem-solving mindset that overcomes current limitations
- Interest in consumer behaviour, both online and offline
- Familiar with CRM and Web Analytics; E-Commerce Operations, such as Delivery and Payment methods being a plus
- Proficient in SQL (preferably Big Query environment), Power BI, Excel, and Google Analytics; Python and Cognos being a plus
- Good data visualisation skills
- Aptitude in learning new skills independently
