About the Team:

The Business Intelligence (BI) sub-team for retail, consignment, and fulfillment drives data-informed decision-making by transforming raw data into actionable insights. 

In retail, the team analyzes sales trends, customer behavior, and inventory performance to optimize store operations and pricing strategies. 

For consignment, they monitor inventory flow, forecast demand with predictive models, and ensure transparency in revenue sharing. 

In fulfillment, we identify opportunities to support sellers by streamlining their operational processes within the warehouse, allowing them to focus on sales and growth. 

By designing tailored BI tools, generating automated reports, and collaborating with stakeholders, the team enhances operational efficiency, strengthens partnerships, and optimizes processes to meet customer needs effectively.

Job Description:

We are seeking a business intelligence (BI) to join our team, specializing in retail, consignment, and fulfillment and warehouse operations. This strategic role involves utilizing advanced data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools to optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and inform strategic decision-making across these sectors. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify key trends, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and customer satisfaction in retail, consignment, and fulfillment contexts. 

Requirements:

• Develop and implement BI strategies to drive growth for retail, consignment, and fulfillment businesses.


• Be able to lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver solutions


• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Data Suite


• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred


• Entry-level (0-3 years) business intelligence or data analytics roles are welcome 


• Expertise in SQL and  data warehousing concepts


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences


• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain analytics is highly desirable
