Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and provide day‑to‑day support
- Prepare quotations, sales orders and follow up deliveries
- Coordinate with production, planning and technical teams
- Handle customer issues, feedback and follow up actions
- Support marketing collaterals (brochures, slides, catalogues)
- Assist in customer visits, exhibitions and seminars when required
- Provide basic product support (training provided)
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree (Business or related field)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales or manufacturing
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Language requirement: able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support Mandarin‑speaking customers
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship exposure may be considered
