Customer Service Junior Executive (Intern)
1. Assist with customer request and enquiries from incoming calls
2. Prepare business documents using Shopify system
3. Perform document filing and data capturing
4. Handle payment and collection
5. Handle E-commerce platform
6. Provide ad-hoc administrative support
7. Serving walk in customer & providing refreshments
