🟠Salary: up to $3,800
Our client: Leading end-to-end global supply chain solutions and cross-border eCommerce provider, offering comprehensive 3PL services. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team.
Job Duties:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient order fulfilment
Handle client enquiries and requirements on order information/status, quotation, and shipping with accuracy and timeliness
Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability
Follow up closely to ensure resolution of all client issues and problems
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clients' operational requirements are met
Provide weekly/monthly business reports to management and clients
Participate in demand planning with clients when required
Initiate continuous process improvements
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or order management
Candidates with experience in any of the following industries
Manufacturing | Supply Chain | Electronics | Distribution | Import & Export Operations
Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
