Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints via phone, email and other communication channels

  • Provide accurate information about our products and services, and assist customers with order placements, returns and other requests

  • Identify and address customer needs, recommending suitable solutions to enhance their experience

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  • Adhoc assignments

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the sales industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Possess a valid class 3 driving licence with clean driving record
