Responsibilities
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints via phone, email and other communication channels
Provide accurate information about our products and services, and assist customers with order placements, returns and other requests
Identify and address customer needs, recommending suitable solutions to enhance their experience
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Adhoc assignments
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the sales industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Possess a valid class 3 driving licence with clean driving record
