Customer Service Executive / Sales Support Executive
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Redhill
Basic Salary: $3000 - $3300

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support across walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and product-related questions to support satisfaction and retention.

• Serve as the main contact for repairs and returns, coordinating closely with the technical team for timely resolution.

• Assist on e-commerce operations, including product listings, order processing, fulfilment, and delivery tracking.

• Provide support on marketing and product materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, videos, website content, translations, and POS materials.

• Work closely with internal teams to align customer service, marketing, and order fulfilment processes with business objectives.

• Perform ad-hoc duties related to customer service, marketing, and operations as assigned.

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in customer service or sales support role.

• Good communication skills with a service-oriented

• Ability to coordinate internally to ensure timely customer resolution.
