What you’ll do

  • Handle daily air cargo bookings and airline capacity confirmations

  • Coordinate closely with customers, airlines, warehouses, and customs

  • Track shipments and keep customers updated

  • Ensure accurate booking data and support billing processes

  • Build strong customer relationships in a fast-moving environment


What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years of airfreight / co-loading / freight forwarding experience (No experience can apply too)

  • Comfortable with MS Office (Cargowise is a plus)

  • Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented

  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

  • Willing to learn and thrive under tight timelines
