Customer Service Coordinator (E-Commerce)

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: $2,600/month
• Additional KPI Incentive: $200/month after confirmation
 – $100 Attendance KPI
 – $100 No Customer Complaint KPI
• Performance Bonus
• Annual Leave: 12 days (increase yearly up to 14 days)
• Medical Benefits: $300 (pro-rated)

Working Shift:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
• 5.5-day work week

Working Location:

• Pioneer MRT

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries across WhatsApp, Email, Carousell, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (RED)
• Provide product information and recommend suitable products to customers
• Check stock availability and update customers accordingly
• Assist with order processing and delivery-related enquiries
• Coordinate standard and urgent delivery arrangements
• Provide updates regarding delivery delays
• Resolve customer issues including wrong items, damaged items, or short quantity cases
• Follow up closely to ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly
• Inform customers of out-of-stock items and suggest alternatives
• Perform stock adjustments in system for online platform orders
• Support walk-in customers with sales assistance and product enquiries
• Assist in picking and packing parcels for self-collection orders when required

Requirements:

• N Level / O Level / A Level / Nitec qualifications welcome
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Training will be provided
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Comfortable handling multiple online sales platforms
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and system knowledge preferred
