Our client is a spain MNC in freight forwarding and 3PL industry. located at Expo Singapore – easily accessible. Currently they are looking for a sales manager 3PL & Freight forwarding.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests across multiple touchpoints
Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system in accordance with SOPs
Coordinate closely with Account Management, Operations, Warehouse teams, and customers
Provide operational support for e-commerce activities, including returns, credits, tracking, and reverse logistics.
Liaise with warehouse teams to manage inbound shipments and related operational issues
Ensure accurate and timely inventory updates within the system
Participate in ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as required
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within a 3PL Warehouse / logistics environment
Hands-on exposure to customer service and logistics operations is essential
Experience with WMS, CargoWise, and/or SAP systems is advantage
