internationally, we are looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to
enhance our team in elevating our brand presence and driving our marketing
efforts forward.

Job Description

As a CRM Marketing Executive, you drive customer retention
and loyalty with customer data analytics, execute targeted marketing
communications and campaigns. You will manage our membership program and
enhance our customer journey, to achieve sales objectives and elevated customer
experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·       
Database
management – maintaining, updating and segmenting customers’ and members’
database for accurate targeting of marketing campaigns.

·       
Customer
Experience Improvement – managing our membership program, customer inquiries
and feedback, developing strategies to optimize customer satisfaction.

·       
Marketing
communications – plan and implement engaging communications across email and
messaging platforms.

·       
Data
Analysis and reporting – analysing customer purchase patterns, communication,
marketing and advertisement campaign performances, and providing actionable
insights.

·       
Campaign
and event coordination – supporting the team in the planning and execution of
marketing initiatives

·       
Expenses
tracking and reporting – supporting marketing budget tracking and expense reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·       
Experience
in CRM software

·       
Analytical
skills -  strong ability in interpreting
data and create reports

·       
Communication
skills - strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with
customers and internal teams.

·       
Retail
knowledge – understanding of retail industry and e-commerce and added
advantage.

·       
Educational
background – degree or diploma in marketing, business or related fields
