Job Summary:
To support the execution of customer and trade marketing initiatives that drive retailer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and category growth. This includes coordinating promotional activities, managing inventory for campaigns, analyzing sales performance, and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies. The role ensures seamless collaboration with sales teams, vendors, and retail partners to deliver impactful campaigns and enhance shopper experience at the point of sale
Job Scope:
Support Campaign Execution and Coordination
Assist in the development and implementation of trade marketing campaigns and promotions. This includes coordinating logistics, creating promotional materials and ensuring all aspects of the campaigns are executed successfully.
Promotion and Activations
Oversee and implement retailer specific promotional campaigns, this includes instore promotions, roadshow, sampling events etc.
Ensure all promotional banded packs are fully prepared and ready for sales. This includes managing forecasting, demand, tracking and reviews.
Inventory Management
Monitor inventory level of promotional materials and gimmicks. Coordinate with suppliers and sales team to ensure that the promotional items are available and properly stocked at retailer locations.
Sales Analysis and Internal Reporting
Keep track and monitor the results of all trade marketing initiatives and assist to prepare reports and presentations that summarize the findings and ROI.
Prepare monthly updates and reports on trade marketing activities, including performance metrics and feedback from sales and marketing teams.
Track and analyse pricing architecture across channels, ensuring alignment with promotional strategies and competitive positioning.
Support data-driven decision-making by delivering insights on shopper behaviour trends, execution gaps, and competitive benchmarks.
Category Management
Assist in the implementing, managing, and evaluating category management projects.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support which may include maintaining of Customer Marketing Calendar and Activity Grid.
Processing of purchase orders and invoices.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing / Business Administration, or a related field.
1 year of project coordination experience including internship
Experience with Exceedra System
Understanding/experience of FMCG and Trade promotion or FP&A and Supply Chain Operations is a plus
Good communication skills and Microsoft office
Good in analytical skills and ability to work with data
Ability to organize self and work
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must be able to multitask in the role with little supervision and many demands from many constituents.
Positive attitude and a desire to drive modern technologies and solutions.
Additional Information:
Salary – S$5.5K + S$900 Transport Allowance + 1-month bonus
Contract duration: 12-month contract, extendable and convertible
Commencement Date: Immediate
Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
