Responsibilities:
Manage customer emails, calls, and inquiries related to delivery orders and logistics coordination.
Provide prompt and professional responses, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Record inquiries, feedback, and complaints accurately in the system.
Follow up with clients via email to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate Proof of Delivery (POD) records and file related documents.
Prepare reports on customer interactions and service performance.
Ensure all documentation is properly updated for verification and training.
Work closely with warehouse, delivery, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Communicate clearly across departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance when required.
Share insights and feedback to improve service and operational workflows.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics preferred).
MUST have logistics / e-commerce / supply chain working experience.
Excellent communication and phone handling skills.
