We are looking for a driven and analytical individual with strong Brand & Customer Insights experience to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in designing and executing consumer research studies, translating data into meaningful business insights, and supporting commercial growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Insights & ResearchLead end-to-end consumer insight projects, including both quantitative and qualitative research such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups
Analyze customer behaviors, motivations, pain points, and unmet needs to support business and brand strategies
Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentation materials for Sales and Brand teams
Develop frameworks to better understand customer journeys and purchasing behaviors across different segments
Consolidate and interpret data from sources such as Mintel, NielsenIQ, Kantar, and other market intelligence platforms
Create easy-to-understand reports, dashboards, and visual presentations to highlight trends and recommendations
Conduct category reviews and need-state analysis to identify emerging market trends and growth opportunities
Support pricing, assortment, and product placement strategies through data-driven recommendations
Monitor competitor activities, category performance, and market share movements to identify risks and opportunities
Manage and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio to track key business metrics
Analyze promotional performance and marketing effectiveness to optimize ROI
Utilize SQL or Python to perform customer segmentation and support targeted marketing initiatives
Represent consumer insights during product innovation and business strategy discussions
Collaborate with IT and Data teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth integration of external data sources
Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Brand, Marketing, and Analytics teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or related field
2–5 years of experience in Customer Insights, Market Research, or Commercial Analytics
Prior experience in FMCG/CPG or Retail industry will be highly advantageous
Proficient in consumer and market data tools such as Mintel, NielsenIQ, IRI, or Kantar
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Index/Match, and Power Query
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis is an added advantage
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
