The Customer Experience Business Unit Director – Asia leads and drives collaboration across the organisation, identifying needs and developing scalable solutions. As part of the leadership team, this role prioritises objectives, implements strategies to achieve company initiatives, and ensures operational excellence across the business unit. The Director is responsible for project management and delivery, business growth, client satisfaction, and profitability
Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards -
Strategic Problem Solving: Drive the resolution of challenging client situations, strategising and implementing best practices for effective issue management -
Business Mindset: Apply strong commercial acumen to all decisions, focusing on business growth, profitability, and sustainable success -
Technical Adoption: Lead and strategise the adoption of new technologies, ensuring the business unit remains at the forefront of innovation -
Technology Expertise: Demonstrate strong experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, and e-commerce technologies, leveraging these platforms to deliver value to clients - People & Client Relationship Management:
- Directly and indirectly manage staff, fostering professional development and personal growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

P&L Ownership: Drive the business unit’s profit and loss, making informed decisions to ensure financial health and growth -
Go/No-Go Decisions: Take ownership of critical project decisions, including go/no-go assessments, to safeguard project success and client satisfaction -
Profitability Management: Calculate, monitor, and forecast project profitability, ensuring ongoing and future projects meet financial targets -
Leadership & Reporting: Support senior leadership, set objectives, provide guidance, and deliver performance reports at board meetings -
Market & Opportunity Development: Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies -
Company Representation: Represent the company at events and conferences, enhancing VISEO’s brand and market presence
Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science, Management, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in a relevant industry
- At least 6–7 years in a directorial role
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and client management
- Strong exposure to Salesforce, e-commerce, and related technologies; experience with MuleSoft is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive results
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative, motivational, and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience with partner management and development
- Commitment to continuous learning and development.
