Description
[Key Responsibilities]
· Develop, execute and optimising membership-related campaigns to achieve CRM KPIs (e.g. repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), VIP customer contribution, new vs returning customers, campaign conversation).
· Upload customer purchase data from stores, maintain loyalty membership records and ensure store staff capture customer profiles correctly.
· Manage online customer data, track website behaviour, abandoned carts, online purchase, sync platform data into CRM systems.
· Develop and execute CRM campaigns including mail marketing (EDM), SMS/WhatsApp marketing and loyalty programs to drive engagement.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints and follow-ups to maintain high satisfaction levels, work cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve membership-related feedback.
· Manage campaign segmentation and support end-to-end campaign execution, including requirement gathering, data extraction, deployment, communications, open rates and performance tracking and ROI.
· Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure data-driven insights are aligned with business goals.
· Contribute product preference insights and use CRM outputs to understand customer demand trends.
· Support ad-hoc CRM initiatives, marketing event and projects as assigned.
【Requirements】
· Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
· 1–3 years of CRM Executive, customer relationship or data analytics.
· Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships.
· Proficiency in CRM software (eg. Advocado) is advantage.
· Keen interest in loyalty programmes, customer lifecycle marketing, and working under fast-paced environment.
