CRM & Digital Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities 

• Support the Marketing team in the execution of campaigns, promotions, new product launches, and local store marketing activities. 


• Assist with campaign tracking by compiling updates, monitoring deliverables, and maintaining campaign-related records. 


• Create and manage promotion checklists for vendors to set up menu keys across POS systems, websites, and mobile apps. 


• Coordinate with vendors to ensure promotions are set up accurately and launched on time across all relevant platforms. 


• Work closely with designers, printers, and production vendors to ensure campaign artwork, marketing materials, and printed collaterals are completed on schedule. 


• Ensure stores display the correct marketing collaterals and that materials are updated, well-maintained, and aligned with campaign requirements. 


• Monitor competitors and other quick-service restaurant brands for new promotion launches, market activities, and industry trends. 


• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including documentation, coordination, and ad hoc duties as required. 

Requirements 

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. 


• Strong interest in marketing, food and beverage, retail, or the quick-service restaurant industry. 


• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines. 


• Good communication and coordination skills, with the confidence to work with internal teams and external vendors. 


• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment. 


• Comfortable with basic Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
