About the role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer / Video Content Producer to support our marketing and branding initiatives. This role is responsible for producing high-quality video content—from concept to final edit—that strengthens brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing and content teams, manage the full video production lifecycle, and bring stories to life through compelling visuals and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

● Video Production & Content Creation

● Plan, produce, film, and edit high-quality videos, including promotional videos, social media content, tutorials, testimonials, and event coverage

● Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment to capture visually engaging footage

● Apply cinematography techniques to enhance visual storytelling and production quality

● Manage pre-production, production, and post-production processes independently to ensure timely delivery

Creative & Collaboration

● Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to develop creative concepts aligned with brand and campaign goals

● Apply storyboarding and shot-planning skills to visualise video sequences and narrative flow

● Ensure video content aligns with target audience needs and brand guidelines

Marketing & Performance

● Support marketing strategies through video content that enhances brand awareness and engagement

● Monitor and analyse video performance across platforms, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

● Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in video production and video marketing

Operational & Support

● Travel to various locations for video shoots and adapt to different environments and project requirements

● Support live-streaming, studio production, and on-site filming activities
Assist with other marketing tasks such as social media content creation, content planning, and event support

● Perform ad-hoc duties related to video production and content creation as assigned

Requirements

● Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role

● Strong proficiency in video filming and editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)

● Hands-on experience with cameras, stabilisers/gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment

● Strong storytelling, visual composition, and editing skills

● Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines

● Willingness to travel for shoots and work flexible hours when required (events, live shoots)

Nice to Have

● Experience with social media video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

● Knowledge of live-streaming tools and studio setups

● Basic understanding of digital marketing and content performance analytics
