# Basic salary around S$10,000/month

# 0900hrs-1800hrs (Mon-Fri, 2 days work from home)

Our client is an award-winning marketing agency specializing in influence marketing, with a vision to connect brands with audiences through genuine story-telling and relevant content. Their work spans B2B, e-commerce, social media and live streaming domains for many well-recognized brands, tapping on a worldwide network of content creators and influencers to bring brand messages to life in an organic, credible and impactful way.

The agency is currently for a Creative Strategy Director to elevate the company's capabilities from strong end-to-end execution to strategic, insight-driven and culturally relevant creative storytelling — with influencers at the core of every idea.

This senior hire is a business-minded leader who will architect and lead the creative strategy function, bridging business development, account management and influencer community teams. He/she blends brand strategy, creative direction and social influence, turning audience insight into powerful influence-led ideas and views influencers as culture shapers, not media placements.


Responsibilities:

● Strategic & creative problem framing

● Influence-led ideation & campaign architecture

● Storytelling, deck narrative & pitch excellence

● Cross-functional leadership across BD, AM, and community teams

● Cultural & social trend fluency

● Coaching & capability building


Year 1 Expectations:

● Build the creative strategy framework across teams

● Lift pitch-win rate through stronger storytelling and creative narratives

● Deliver 3–5 flagship campaigns redefining influence-led creativity

● Coach AMs & curators into strategic storytellers

● Strengthen the agency's external reputation as a thought leader in influence-driven creativity


Qualifications:

● Singaporeans only

● 8–15 years in social-first or hybrid creative agencies

● Fluent in Chinese language to liaise with Chinese clients

● Extensive experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing

● Proven record of campaigns where influencers are central to the creative idea

● Strong storytelling, presentation, and client-facing ability

● Visionary but grounded: balances big ideas with practicality

● Builder mindset: thrives in creating new capabilities from scratch

● Collaborative and ego-free: works cross-functionally with respect

● High EQ coach: mentors teams to think strategically and creatively

● Culturally curious: lives and breathes audience trends and digital behavior
