Job description


We're looking for a Creative Strategist & Content Producer to shape how our health & pharmaceutical brands communicate across both digital & offline channels. You'll craft effective strategies that translate scientific credibility into compelling storytelling & creative assets - helping us engage our diverse audience as we expand our presence regionally. 


The Creative Strategist & Content Producer will be the visionary link between our brand identity, compelling content creation & drive measurable performance across all key channels. This role is responsible for developing & testing high-impact creative strategies as well as producing content assets (visual, video, copy) internally, specifically designed to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) & drive overall revenue growth for our Shopify, Shopee & Lazada stores via social media as well as paid advertising platforms.


You'll work across multiple channels & markets to plan, create & optimize content that builds awareness, strengthens partnerships & supports the new channels of the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity, analytics & brand strategy in the health supplement industry. 


Key Responsibilities:


Creative Strategy



  • Platform & Channel Strategy: Craft tailored creative strategies for B2C & B2B audiences optimized for platform-specific best practices & formats that align with brand goals & regulatory requirements in each market (e.g., Meta carousel ads, vertical video for TikTok/Reels, static product carousels for Shopee/Lazada e-commerce banner ads).


  • Hypothesis Generation & A/B Testing: Develop robust creative testing matrices, formulate clear hypotheses for creative elements (hooks, calls-to-action, visual styles, copy length) that drive measurable improvements in Click-Through Rate (CTR) & Conversion Rate (CVR).


  • Audience Segmentation: Translate target audience data & segmentation provided by media buyers into resonant creative themes, ensuring content speaks directly to different stages of the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion).


  • Competitive Analysis: Continuously keep up to date with competitors & industry trends, identifying new & successful creative formats, hooks & messaging to finetune our strategy.



In-House Content Production & Execution 



  • Performance Creative Development: Lead the end-to-end creative concept development & production for all organic & paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, etc.) that align with brand & campaign goals, focusing on high-volume, quick-turnaround testing required for performance marketing.


  • Hands-on Asset Creation: Directly produce & edit native social content & performance ads using existing assets, stock libraries & internal resources. This includes:



  • Plan platform-specific content calendars: Cover educational, promotional & corporate communications


  • Static/Image Editing: Adapt product photography, create ad variations & design simple graphics & banner ads


  • Video Editing: Fast-paced assembly, cutting, adding text overlays, music & effects for short-form, vertical video (UGC-style, product demos, testimonials)


  • Generative AI Production: Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering to efficiently generate high-quality video and static image assets for rapid content production and testing.


  • Copywriting: Develop high-converting ad copy, landing page headlines & social media captions that align with the creative strategy & brand voice, with a focus on clear value propositions & strong CTAs.


  • Asset Management: Ensure all campaign assets are correctly tagged, archived & deployed across relevant channels (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada store fronts & advertising platforms).


  • Testing & Optimization: apply insights & analytics to refine & optimize content effectiveness across platforms.



Performance & Reporting



  • Data-Driven Insights: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to analyze creative performance reports, identifying which creative variables are driving results (or failing) across Shopify, Shopee & Lazada traffic.


  • Iteration & Optimization: 



  • Develop, adapt or review content & formats to improve engagement & performance


  • Use performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) to rapidly iterate on existing creative assets & inform future strategy, ensuring a continuous cycle of improvement & optimization


  • Storefront Integration: Integrate winning creative messages & visuals onto the respective e-commerce storefronts (product pages, banners) to ensure a cohesive customer journey.



Multi-Channel Storytelling



  • Content cohesion: Ensure content is aligned where possible across digital & print media, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, e-commerce platforms, brochures & trade materials.


  • Tailor content: To achieve relevance & effectiveness across different stages of the audience journey — from brand awareness & education to conversion.


  • Storytelling & visual consistency: To strengthen brand trust & recognition.



Compliance & Brand Integrity



  • Uphold regulatory & ethical communication standards across all marketing activities.


  • Ensure all content complies with regulatory guidelines & marketing requirements in each country we operate in, including product claims, advertising language & digital promotions.


  • Maintain brand credibility by ensuring all communications are factual & aligned with company values.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to review materials for accuracy, effectiveness & compliance before publication.



Requirements:



  • 3–5 years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, social media, or brand marketing — ideally in health supplements, healthcare or wellness.


  • Strong understanding of social media trends & platform best practices (Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Generative AI).


  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.


  • Excellent writing, editing & visual storytelling skills — adopt a strategic approach to design that integrates marketing & commercial goals.


  • Excellent communication, project management & cross-functional collaboration skills.


  • Familiarity with regulatory communication standards or track record in health supplements or healthcare industry is a plus.
