Key Responsibilities:
Creative Concept Development & Execution
Develop and execute creative concepts that enhance brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support key business objectives across all business units under Wilmar Distribution.
Apply a creative approach to any marketing or business need, ensuring content, campaigns, and activations are engaging and aligned with the brand identity.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and agencies to bring creative ideas to life across various platforms, including digital, in-store, and experiential marketing.
Ensure creative storytelling is seamlessly integrated across all marketing touchpoints, including social media, content marketing, promotions, and customer-facing materials.
Support marketing campaigns and initiatives with fresh, innovative thinking, ensuring differentiation and audience engagement.
Adapt and tailor creative executions to the unique needs of each business unit, maintaining relevance while ensuring a consistent brand voice.
Team Collaboration & Marketing Support
Actively contribute as part of the marketing team, supporting cross-functional projects and business needs beyond creative development.
Assist in general marketing operations, including campaign execution, event support, promotional activities, and administrative tasks as needed.
Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure the smooth coordination of marketing initiatives across different business units.
Support marketing reporting, research, and project tracking, ensuring seamless collaboration between creative and execution teams.
Stay involved in team-wide planning and discussions, contributing creative insights beyond designated projects.
Be adaptable and willing to take on additional marketing responsibilities, helping the team meet key deadlines and objectives.
Liaise with external vendors and partners (e.g., printers, event organizers, influencers) to support marketing initiatives.
Assist in managing marketing assets and collateral, ensuring all materials are up to date and accessible for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Help coordinate internal communications related to marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
Support content distribution efforts by ensuring marketing materials are effectively deployed across relevant channels.
Monitor competitor marketing activities and share insights with the team to stay ahead of industry trends.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience in creative marketing, brand strategy, or content marketing.
Passion for storytelling, brand-building, and pushing creative boundaries.
Keen and adaptable learner, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on new challenges
Proven ability to develop engaging, multi-platform marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Ability to translate creative concepts into compelling presentations, with proficiency in Canva and basic presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, content creators, and cross-functional teams.
Experience in visual content creation, including conceptualizing and directing short-form videos, reels, and interactive media preferred.
Background in FMCG, F&B, or lifestyle brands preferred.
Exposure to Public Relations, influencer marketing, or experiential campaigns is a plus.
Creative problem-solver, with a knack for turning low-budget ideas into high-impact marketing.
Familiarity with creative tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software.
