Creative Funnel & Performance Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Generate marketing ideas and run performance-focused campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Design, test, and refine conversion paths, including experiments on advertisements, web pages, and sales funnels to improve advertising efficiency and returns.

• Transform product offers and strategic concepts into strong messaging angles that capture interest and drive conversions.

• Produce conversion-oriented copy for various formats including ads, video scripts, landing pages, email campaigns, and sales materials.

• Develop ideas for video-based advertising content and coordinate with editors through scripting, visual direction, and post-production guidance.

• Create structured briefs for design teams to support the production of digital creatives, landing pages, and marketing visuals.

• Collaborate with content teams to build lead generation resources such as guides, reports, and educational materials.

• Apply generative AI tools to improve speed and efficiency in brainstorming, writing, and asset creation.

• Stay updated on evolving advertising channels, creative techniques, and digital marketing trends to continuously improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 1 - 3 years’ experience in digital, advertising, or performance marketing will be considered.

• Strong copywriting ability across multiple formats including ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.

• Experience in building funnels and crafting effective marketing angles that drive conversions.

• Creative and idea-driven mindset with the ability to translate concepts into compelling messaging.

• Experience in generative AI prompting, Meta/Google Ads, ClickFunnels, HubSpot, Adobe design tools, and video editing will be an advantage.

• Strong interest in financial markets, investing, or trading will be an advantage.
