Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and versatile Creative Designer to support our brand’s visual identity across product, marketing, and digital platforms.
This role goes beyond design execution — you will contribute to content that drives engagement, visibility, and sales, while also proposing ideas and solutions to improve how our brand communicates in a fast-changing market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Creative Development
Develop creative concepts and visual designs for:
Product packaging
Brand mascots and illustrations
Marketing collaterals (print & digital)
Corporate / internal materials
Ensure consistency and alignment with brand identity across all outputs
2. Video & Motion Content Creation
Conceptualise and produce short-form video content for marketing and social media
Edit videos for campaigns, product highlights, and brand storytelling
Create basic motion graphics / animations
Adapt content for different platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, e-commerce)
3. Marketing Content & Campaign Support
Translate marketing objectives into high-converting visual content
Support campaign launches with integrated creative assets (graphics and video)
Design content optimised for social engagement and e-commerce conversion
Work with stakeholders to refine creatives based on performance insights
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align visuals with business goals
Support product launches and campaigns with timely deliverables
Incorporate feedback while maintaining design quality and intent
5. Trend Awareness & Content Innovation
Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and consumer preferences
Proactively suggest ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Continuously improve and refine visual and content direction
6. Creative Problem Solving
Translate business challenges into practical and creative visual solutions
Propose and test new content ideas to improve engagement and sales
Think independently and contribute ideas, not just execute instructions
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in:
(a) Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
(b) Video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent)
Strong portfolio showcasing design and content (video/motion) work
Basic understanding of content performance (engagement, reach, conversions)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Creative, adaptable and comfortable with working in a fast pace environment
Possess strong sense of aesthetics and an eye for details
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to think independently and propose solutions
