Contract Marketing Manager (Retail) at Tanjong Pagar, up to $5700

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of overall marketing and casual leasing activities of building, as well as secure sponsorships and identify opportunities for unique activations and publicity.

• Contribute to group marketing team in delivering portfolio-wide integrated marketing and digital campaigns to ensure KPIs are met and a unified shopping experience is achieved.

• Engage and collaborate with tenants from time to time, to promote their products through portfolio-wide initiatives that enhance sales performance and elevate shopper experience.

• Conduct post- campaign or event reviews to assess the effectiveness of the promotions / events in terms of shopper traffic and campaign GTO and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis.

• Develop engaging marketing strategies that foster stronger connections with communities across the portfolio.

• Monitor competitor landscape, analyse market trends, and identify opportunities to drive sales and footfall to building and group’s portfolio of shopping malls.

Period: 3-5 months contract

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary: Up to $5700 

Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in retail / hospitality industry

• Creative, dynamic, and resourceful with good agency and relevant promotional partners’ contacts

• Good interpersonal skills and excellent in stakeholder relationship management

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Fast and independent with strong organizational skills

• Meticulous, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure

• Results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
