Job Overview
Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding overseas influencers (including live streamers, short-video creators, etc.), aligning influencers’ needs with the company’s resources to meet signing targets. Lead contract negotiations, coordinate with the operations team, maintain initial influencer relationships, support the development of a creator matrix, assist in project execution, and drive commercial monetization.
Key Responsibilities
In line with the company’s influencer signing strategy, lead the team to source and recruit high-quality influencers through online and offline channels to achieve signing goals.
Follow up on post-signing relationship management and commercial collaboration support for influencers, addressing any issues encountered during communication.
Nurture influencer relationships by understanding their content plans and commercial needs; match with the company’s business resources to facilitate collaborations. Coordinate with influencers, the business development team, and the execution team to ensure the smooth implementation of partnerships. Enhance influencers’ operational cooperation and trust in the company to attract and integrate more influencers for signing.
Monitor influencers’ platform performance, conduct regular analysis of their performance and industry trends, and provide data support and account selection recommendations to the business development team. Track changes in platform rules and optimize influencer development strategies.
Collaborate with sales, order management, and other departments to support the execution of various project processes and explore monetization models across different platforms.
Assist the operations team in content planning, publishing, and management of social media accounts in various regions, platform coordination, and supporting the team leader in maintaining platform relationships.
