About the role
The Content & Social Commerce Executive drives awareness and conversion through the brand's owned channels, creating content and campaigns that turn browsers into buyers. This role plays a key part in shaping how the brand communicates its commitment to quality, transparency, and trust to millennial and Gen Z households across every customer touchpoint.
Key responsibilities
Plan and produce content for social media, product pages, and digital campaigns.
Develop and execute always-on and seasonal digital campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.
Create and maintain compelling product page content, including copy, imagery, and merchandising.
Develop recipe content and brand storytelling that connects products to everyday family meals, occasions, and lifestyle moments.
Work with the Data & E-commerce Reporting Executive to understand what content and campaigns are driving performance, and iterate accordingly.
Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across channels that reflects the company's commitment to quality, transparency, and trust.
About you
Preferably 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital commerce.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Candidates with studies in Business, Design, Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, or related fields will have an advantage.
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills; comfortable briefing or producing photo/video content.
Working knowledge of social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic performance metrics.
Interest in food, cooking, or family lifestyle content is a strong plus.
Creative self-starter who can manage a content calendar independently.
Basic design tool proficiency (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
