Responsibilities
The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team provides both safety and non-safety data annotation services, as well as search operations support, for the company’s international products. Within ADSO, the Account Governance function focuses on ensuring high-quality data and enforcement standards related to account-level risks, including third-party content reposting and related governance scenarios.
- Interpret regulations, community standards, and platform policies, converting them into actionable guidelines.
Build a case database to ensure consistent judgments across different scenarios.
- Monitor the content ecosystem of user-generated content (UGC) and producer-generated content (PGC), proactively identifying explicit and implicit content risks, as well as borderline content risks, and extracting risk characteristics.
- Handle emergent content safety risk events, quickly defining the issues and prioritizing actions, promoting cross-department collaboration to complete the resolution loop and optimize the review process.
- Produce risk assessment reports to provide decision support for optimizing platform rules and review strategies.
- Proficient in using content review tools, public opinion monitoring systems, and data analysis tools, collaborating with operations, safety product, and other teams to implement risk prevention strategies.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in journalism, sociology, or related fields.
- Possess a keen sense of content safety and online awareness, able to accurately identify implicit risks and understand policies and rules.
- Strong pattern summarization abilities, with proficiency in content review, public opinion monitoring, and common tools like Excel.
- Flexible thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and good cross-department communication and coordination skills, as well as emergency response capabilities.
- Strong learning ability and high comprehension, able to quickly adapt to changes in regulatory policies and the content ecosystem of the platform.
- English proficiency, with experience studying abroad in the corresponding country.
- Mandarin proficiency is also required, as it is mandatory for daily liaison with the China team in the China market and the accurate communication of business information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in internet content operations, content review, or content safety-related roles, with experience in mainstream domestic content platforms preferred.
