We are growing our business and looking for a reliable, proactive assistant to support both operations and content creation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Daily Operations:
Coordinate property viewings
Support listing coordination and admin tasks
Content & Marketing:
Draft email newsletters
Edit short-form and long-form videos (CapCut)
Assist with content creation
What We’re Looking For
Fast and responsive communicator
Able to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable with hybrid work (WFH + meetups)
Familiar with social media and basic video editing
Working Arrangement
Hybrid work (work from home + occasional meet-ups)
Flexible, but must be responsive during working hours
