About the role
Our client with a broad community outreach, is seeking a Manager for their Content Development team. Reporting to the Deputy Director (Digital Communications), you will provide leadership and coordination for the Content Development team and ensure continuity of ongoing content workstreams across the organisation's corporate social media channels.
Key responsibilities
Support the Deputy Director (Digital Communications) in overseeing day to day content development operations
Guide content planning and execution across the organisation's corporate social media channels
Coordinate production timelines and deliverables across the content team and supporting partners
Review content outputs and provide editorial and creative direction
Manage stakeholder engagement with internal divisions and external vendors
Ensure continuity and smooth handover of ongoing content development workstreams
Requirements
Degree in Digital Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline. Equivalent relevant working experience will also be considered.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in content development, digital communications, social media, content production or creative project management
Experience supervising a team or managing content workstreams end to end
Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
Able to provide both strategic and operational guidance on content planning for digital platforms
Comfortable working at pace across multiple concurrent deliverables
