About the team The brand team within TikTok Shop's Integrated Marketing Campaigns Team brings together expertise across brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, media planning, and data analytics. By integrating multiple channels

In this role, you are a consumer marketing manager to run marketing initiatives across e-commerce campaigns, new product/feature launches and other key brand initiatives for the TikTok Shop business. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to TikTok Shop's growth in the Singapore market, working closely with the brand marketing lead to execute brand strategies locally. Reporting to the head of integrated marketing, you will play a key role in shaping brand perception, driving awareness and user growth through large scale campaigns and high impact initiatives.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can also be hands on in execution, comfortable in managing multiple stakeholders and able to deliver results across channels. Responsibilities Campaign Management
- Oversee end-to-end planning, development and execution of consumer marketing campaigns for TikTok Shop's campaigns, partnerships and new project launches
- Define marketing campaign objectives, set KPIs and implement measurement frameworks to analyse performance
- Build and oversee effective media strategies and plans, collaborating with media agencies and internal teams to ensure optimal channel mix, targeting and budget allocations
- Manage external partners and agencies, including briefing and project management
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI
Creative Marketing
- Conceptualise and execute innovative marketing plans grounded in insights that drive brand equity and new customers
- Coordinate the production of high quality marketing assets using a combination of internal resources and external agencies
Measurement & Optimisation
- Measure and report on brand, campaign and content related performance using marketing analytics and social listening tools
- Help translate data and insights into learnings and recommendations for improving future campaign content
Market Research
- Conduct competitor and consumer research to identify opportunities and trends
- Design and execute surveys to understand consumer behaviour and sentiments towards brands, working closely with global research team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or business admin or related field
- Strategic thinker with at least 3 years of experience in creative/brand marketing, digital marketing, social media or advertising roles
- Hands on experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns end to end, including cross functional coordination, production workflows and stakeholder management
- Excellent storytelling, writing and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong understanding of digital and media landscape with awareness of emerging trends
- Comfortable with data and possess attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech/e-commerce/FMCG businesses
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute ideas
- Be open to feedback, learning and developing new skills over time
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and capable of working independently with strong self-motivation
