As a Community Executive, you will play a key role in building, engaging and nurturing our network of creators. You will foster meaningful relationships, facilitate high-impact events, and deliver content that resonates with our audience while driving commercial results. This role demands a data-driven mindset across community engagement, influencer marketing, and event planning, giving you the opportunity to work on marketing strategies with a global scale.
Job Responsibilities
- Grow, engage, and manage the brand’s global digital community
- Support the expansion of our creator and Community Ambassador ecosystem by building meaningful relationships that positively impact the brand
- Assist in managing platform operations and back-end processes to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Community Ambassador Programme
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, product seeding, and activations that maximise social impact and deliver against key KPIs
- Plan and implement community initiatives that align with brand strategy, merchandising priorities, and overall marketing objectives
- Analyse and interpret data to optimise community marketing strategies while identifying key learnings
- Assist in producing regular performance reports for the Community Ambassador Programme and individual campaign results
- Monitor community trends, sentiment, and channel performance to translate insights into actionable recommendations for ongoing engagement initiatives
- Support the development, coordination, and execution of marketing administrative tasks
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related field
- Strong command of English with excellent copywriting and content-vetting skills
- Well-versed in major social media platforms and knowledgeable about social content marketing and influencer marketing
- Good time-management skills with the ability to multitask and stay organised
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing shifting priorities
- A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive learning attitude
- A keen sense of fashion and genuine passion for the fashion industry
- Willingness to travel overseas and work on weekends for events when required
