Communications & Creative Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize on a wide range of materials (e.g. web pages, presentations, promotion videos, brochure, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials) and translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity 

• Discuss with business owners and make outstanding design deliverables that maximizes the outcome of marketing communications and campaigns that the business owners intend to achieve

• Produce the Club’s periodic e-magazine to ensure quality control and communication effectiveness, including monitoring of readership, design & layout and editorial content

• Responsible for securing Club’s magazine advertisement

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms, website, social media, EDMs and inhouse design collaterals

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Club’s brand, events and membership offerings

• Collaborate closely with F&B and Membership teams to ensure cohesive messaging

• Plan and manage marketing budget and contracts 

• Analyze campaign performance, member feedback, and market trends

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience related to designs for marketing campaigns and digital contexts

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design and video creation (animated).

• Portfolio showcasing illustrations or other design work

• Proficiency in design and animation tools e.g. Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Cinema 4D, Figma, and Photoshop

• Keen attention to aesthetics and fine details

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a bonus
