Role Overview:
Dragonpass is the fastest growing lounge company in the world. We are embarking on a vision to globalize and expand internationally and on route to IPO. As part of this growth we are heavily investing in growing our talent in Asia and are investing in creating new verticals outside of the airport in the lifestyle space. This role, reporting to the Cluster Leader of Product (non-airport) is a role where you will play a key role in product management globally. You will be responsible for the commercial business plans and market research as well as leading a small team of product managers tasked to create new verticals and sub-verticals as a startup within DragonPass. DragonPass is a fast paced and dynamic company so this role comes with the expectation of a great deal of travel, especially to our R&D HQ in Guangzhou China, as well as willingness to grind and build great products that delight both our existing customer base and build new customer bases rapidly. For this role you will need to be based in Asia time zone and be willing to travel extensively. You will have product management experience and have previously created products from end-to-end. Experience in technology companies, travel companies and lifestyle is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Roadmap and Planning. Be the single point of expertise for the success of the vertical. Create the commercial roadmap and own the creation of the business model and ensure the growth of the vertical.

Own end to end product lifecycle. Work on the end to end product lifecycle from a commercial perspective. Work closely with sales, technical product, solutioning and delivery teams. Be responsible for launching new suppliers within your vertical.

Internally Sell Your Vertical Products. Sell the product internally before, during and after build. Ensure that we have
buy-in from the sales teams as well as forward visibility to secure successful launch. Be the product expert and develop internal training as well as partnerships for maximizing our sales launches.

Geographic Expansion. Take products that have been
launched in your vertical and create success cases for the business to identify areas for future growth. Educate leadership and other business units on the benefits of selling our product.

Be the builder of a new vertical. Utilize your knowledge of the industry to build out the new vertical in Dragonpass.

Be an active member of the product management community. Link in with other product managers and freely share and learn from them.
Key Attributes of Successful Candidate:
- Willing to work hard and achieve great things. You will have had entrepreneurial experience or demonstrated where you have taken something from 0-1 in a previous job.
- Requires availability for extensive global travel (approximately 50%).
- Highly organized, detailed and numbers oriented.
- Able to document and write well and use documents as a way to record progress.

- Excellent communication skills. Able to convey messages to senior leadership and other division leaders
